The Mamba is an excellent performer but at the moment the price is just too steep, reserving this product solely for those with considerable disposable income. The mouse is still technically a winner for Razer though, there is simply no other wireless mouse out there at the moment that can match the specifications. In closing, everything from the presentation of the product to the construction and design is executed with care and passion. It is certainly a head turner and a unique product to own but it has a way to go before the technology finds itself in the hands of most gamers.

I have to admit, the Mamba is a very good mouse for low and high sense gamers. Even Microsoft and Logitech fans will like the ergonomics and the design which has a certain "WOW effect".

If you want the very best mouse money can buy then the Razer Mamba is undoubtedly the best mouse for you. If you want the best bang for buck then you need to look elsewhere. The Razer Mamba without a shadow of a doubt can lift the performance crown and place it firmly on its head, but how long will the Mamba go unchallenged?

This is the best Razer Mouse we've seen because of its numerous features, quick and very precise sensor, and comfy shape. Unfortunately, we don't have the heart to give it our coveted stamp of approval, largely because gamers are required to download drivers and firmware updates (we've done two in two weeks) and it boasts a super high price tag. It's hard to justify buying a mouse for $129.99 when a handful of great gaming mice can be had for a fraction of the cost.

We found the Razer Mamba to be an exceptional wireless mouse. We did have a few minor gripes about the button positioning and the recognizable benefits of 1ms response, but otherwise the device is solidly constructed from quality components.
